 A request to rezone from Multi-Family Residential and General Agriculture to Attached Residential approximately 8.6 acres of an approximately 18 acre property with a proffer amendment pertaining to the entirety of the 18 acre property owned by Rent Anytime Storage, LLC (TMP 075 52F) located on Kiley Lane approximately 0.1 miles north of the intersection of Colters Place Drive and Stuarts Draft Highway (U.S. Rt. 340) in Stuarts Draft in the Beverley Manor district. The proposed general use of the property is townhomes. The general use of the property as stated in the Comprehensive Plan is Neighborhood Mixed Use, which may include a variety of residential uses at a density of four to eight dwelling units per acre and convenience retail and office uses on up to 20% of the total land area. Existing proffers will be amended and additionally applied to the portion of the property currently zoned General Agriculture. Proffer amendments intend to change references from multi-family development to attached residential, eliminate conditions pertaining to already developed property, and reference the correct tax map parcel numbers for this property and adjacent property.
