Solar panels (Round Hill Solar) and the toxic chemicals used to make are a problem.Panels are not environmentally friendly. They contain toxic heavy metals of which some are carcinogenic. Leaching from broken panels due to hail, hurricanes, etc pose health & environmental risks & decommissioning/disposal are serious concerns due to carcinogenic chemicals. If for whatever reason Round Hill Solar goes out of business that leaves Augusta county to pick up the cost.
