Removing the 200' setback isn't in the best interest of the families who own property next to Ms. Conner's. If this is removed, the digging can go all the way up to their property line. Ms. Conner owns enough land that her home will be protected regardless, but her neighbors won't. In 2019, a request was put in to come within 280' of one neighbor and 500' of another. This was rejected, so why would a 200' one be any better? Also, if the trucks start coming up and down Gerties Lane, that will cause even greater headaches. It's hard enough for two cars to pass one another on this road, much less gravel trucks. Please do not pass this request; it's not in the best interest of ANYONE who lives in the area.
