D.) A request to renew the Middlebrook Agricultural and Forrestal District. The proposed district encompasses approximately 2,200 acres of land lying on the southwest side of the intersection of Middlebrook Road (Route 252) and Dutch Hollow Road (Route 726) and as far south as the Rockbridge County line. Any landowner may withdraw their land from the district at the owner’s discretion by filing a written notice with the Board of Supervisors at any time before the Board of Supervisors acts on the request.
