I request that if this permit is approved, Ms Edwards be required to erect a professional sign on Crimora Mine Road to direct her customers and their guests where to turn off the road to find the retreat. In order to get to the retreat, people have to turn off of Crimora Mine Road and pass through a security gate and over a covered bridge. Over the past several years many of her customers or their guests have continued past the turn off due to there not being a sign and they end up on my property in a private subdivision after driving past several private property/no trespassing signs looking for the retreat. I contacted Ms Edwards in the past via email asking they give better directions or better yet, put up a sign. At that time, she indicated she wanted to be a good member of the community but also indicated her husband didn't want to put up a sign and sited an existing sign on the covered bridge. The sign she referred to just says "Crimora Mine" and cannot be read from Crimora Mine Road see attached picture taken from Crimora Mine Road, I had to move off the road closer to the bridge for sign to be readable in the picture.
